I was quoted a different price to the one I was charged on pick-up - for a new tyre. I asked why, all they could say was the initial price I was quoted was incorrect.
The service is impersonal and wait time for appointments can be long.

Polite enough, but not enough transparency provided as to why it was so expensive My vehicle was returned missing the rubber mats i had installed. I still do not have these back over 2 weeks later

Service as far as i know was completed and the part required in general recall was supplied and fitted. Members of staff I dealt with were all very pleasant and accommodating.
It's because I know things are done properly and work guaranteed, but as stated previously applies and expensive.
Vehicle was in for a first MOT and a warning light indicator; really pleased with the resolution and the help of the Stephen James staff.

The car is driving well which is great but after the amount of money I spent I thought they might have cleaned the inside of my car . Was irritated when I picked it up and hadn't been hoovered or cleaned
After using mini assist the brake pads were replaced that day as a technician was available to do them when I arrived. I sat and waited, and the loan car had also been left in case I were to need it. All that because of mini assist though.
All went as planned and the video was an unexpected extra.
I booked the car in for an oil service and whatever else was due. I mentioned that the car had a few spots of oil leak from underneath and asked if it could be looked into. It came back to me leaking.
Didn't need anything done - thank goodness!
The garage were swift and efficient and my contact on the day (Lucy Llewellyn) was very professional and helpful. I reported that an indicator for "external lighting" fault was showing but this could not be traced which was frustrating.
