Problem fixed, good communication and experience

It is increasingly taking several weeks to get an appointment even when it is urgent, I.e. a red warning light situation. This can be worrying.

Staff contacted us as soon as they knew we needed extra work. Gave us a time when the car would be ready which was accurate even though they were very busy.
