The car is driving well which is great but after the amount of money I spent I thought they might have cleaned the inside of my car . Was irritated when I picked it up and hadn't been hoovered or cleaned

After using mini assist the brake pads were replaced that day as a technician was available to do them when I arrived. I sat and waited, and the loan car had also been left in case I were to need it. All that because of mini assist though.

I booked the car in for an oil service and whatever else was due. I mentioned that the car had a few spots of oil leak from underneath and asked if it could be looked into. It came back to me leaking.

The garage were swift and efficient and my contact on the day (Lucy Llewellyn) was very professional and helpful. I reported that an indicator for "external lighting" fault was showing but this could not be traced which was frustrating.

I asked for my wiper blades to be replaced which was ok. But also the drivers heated seat does not work, this was suppose to be looked into as well. But for some reason the person who worked on my car, was informed something else.
